A night at the opera. It’s important to take a break, even when you’re busy. Staring at the same screen all the time isn’t a legacy I think any of us want, so get out when you can. That said, I appreciate a good deadline. If I had a superpower it would be that of focus, and I’ve found that skill coupled with a looming deadline is my ‘sweet spot’ for sure. Today, September 30th is the last day, the Ukrainian Artist United project @ukrainianartistsunited is to show at the Canadian Museum of Human Rights @humanrights.ca The show was scheduled to run for 4 months and ended up showing for 1 year and 7 months, due to 4 extentions. I have to Thank the Museum for all their work and for the people of Winnipeg #winnipeg who came out and viewed the show. There are a lot of people to Thank for helping create this show, but I have to Thank Darcy Ataman for bring this idea up and being a co-creator on this project and giving the freedom to each musician to create each photo’s soundtrack. He also had to create a lot of magic to have this show in front of the Canadian Parliment and become a show at the museum.
